Here's how you change the background music in the app:
Step 1. Open the session you want to listen to.
Step 2. Look for the musical note button ♪ and click on it.
Step 3. Once you've clicked on the musical note button, you will have several options.
Step 4. Click “Background Music” and choose.
Step 5. To adjust the sound level, locate the bar at the bottom of the screen.
Move the bar from left to right to increase the volume.
Move the bar from right to left to decrease the volume.
Here's how you change the background music in the web app:
Step 1. Open the session you want to listen to.
Step 2. Look for the player bar at the bottom of the screen.
Step 3. Look at the bottom right corner of the screen and click on the Adjustment icon (the second one between “Share” and “Book”).
Step 4. Once you've clicked on it, you will have several options.
Step 5. Click “Background Sounds” to adjust it according to your preference.
Step 6. To adjust the sound level, locate the bar at the bottom of the screen.
Move the bar from left to right to increase the volume.
Move the bar from right to left to decrease the volume.
I don't like the background music in the app, can I turn it off?
Yes, you can choose "None" from the list to have no background sound while listening to the sessions in the app.
