We offer a large variety of content for kids and teens. Our “Kids & Families” content includes:
Learn How to Pray: Explore a variety of prayers and reflections tailored to different ages, including “Classroom Prayers,” “Intro: Teens,” “Intro: Middles” and “Intro: Littles.”
Bedtime: Help your kids get ready for a peaceful night with “Bedtime Prayers” and stories such as “Lost and Found,” “Creation Story” and “Two Gardens.”
Saint Stories: Enter into the lives of the saints with “Saints Alive,” “Saints around the world” or “Guess That Saint.”
Sacramental Prep: Learn how to prepare better for the sacraments. Invite the Holy Spirit to accompany you with “Confirmation Prayers” or fall in love with the Eucharist through “Eucharist Alive.”
Family Mass Preparation: Invite your family to discuss and reflect together on Sunday’s mass readings. Plus, with “Family Prayers” you can build a beautiful habit of meditating and praying together throughout the day.
Stations of the Cross: Reflect on Jesus’ suffering and death with “Stations for Teens” or “Scriptural Stations.”
Advent & Christmas: A collection leading up to the celebration of Jesus’ birth. Let your children fall asleep with beautiful stories of the most magical times of the year and let them prepare better for Christmas!
Kids’ Challenges and Catholic Sprouts: Much like our popular seasonal challenges for adults, we offer dedicated kids’ challenges for special seasons like Lent & Advent.

Where can I find the Kids Content on the mobile app?
You can easily find the category dedicated to “Kids and Families” content by following these steps:
Go to the Discover Tab. 🔍
Scroll down until you see the Kids and Families category.
Click the Kids & Families category.
Choose from a large variety of content for kids and teens.

You can also search for a particular collection/session directly on the Discover Tab 🔍 or simply type a keyword “kids” to see all the matching results! Like this:

Swipe to the right to find current offers.
Scroll up and down to see all the other content for children and families.

Kids Content FAQ
How are sensitive topics handled?
Kids profiles are excluding many sensitive topics by default, including topics like pornography, mental health, and addiction. Kids profiles also do not include the third-party podcast streams. If you'd like to restrict access to sensitive topics you may want to set up your child with a kids profile.
Do you have kids content geared for or tailored to specific age ranges?
We don't currently categorize kids content by specific age ranges, but we offer a variety of content for children and families with different interests, attention spans, and levels of faith formation. Parents know their children best, so we encourage exploring the library together to find the content that's the best fit.
Are prayers in the kids profiles specifically made for kids or adapted from adult content?
We have an awesome team of Kids content writers who are actively building out all of our kids content! It is content specifically designed for kids.
Can I choose which topics my child can access? Can I turn certain topics on or off?
At this time there isn't the ability to customize the kids content library. If you'd like your kid to access the full Hallow library you can have them listen from your account profile. If they are over 13 they can have their own Hallow account as well.
Can I approve content before my child listens?
You're welcome to explore the kids content in the kids profile before you give your child access! Once they have access to the kids profile they will have access to the entire kids library.
Can I customize the Hallow app experience by age or maturity?
At this time we don't have different kids content libraries for different ages, but within both adult profiles and kids profiles you can go to the Discover Tab > Kids & Teens > and see sessions geared towards our younger users. Using the Kids profile specifically narrows the content access to kid-appropriate sessions.
