I want to learn more about videos on the Hallow app.

Since the launch of the app, we’ve primarily been offering audio-guided sessions. However, we’re excited to share that videos are now available in the Hallow app as well! This addition allows us to offer a richer prayer experience, and help our customers engage with the content in new ways.

Do I have to pay extra to view the videos in the app?

Like our audio content, some video content will be free and some will be part of our paid subscription. Thank you for your patience as we continue to grow the options available in our library of video content!

Why can't I see videos in the app?

New app features, like video, are rolled out gradually, and may not be available in all markets initially. Keep checking back over the next few months! To avoid issues, make sure your app is updated to the latest version. Older versions (particularly those below 11.6.0) do not support video.

Will all content in the app have videos?

  • Some content will be available in audio only.

  • Some content will be available in video only.

  • Some content will be available in both audio and video, allowing you to choose whether to watch the video or listen to the audio.

Can I download the videos?

Videos cannot be downloaded. However, you can download the audio associated with video sessions.

How can I tell if content is available in video format?

  • The content will appear in the video carousel on the Home Tab.

  • It will have a video icon next to it.

  • You can also check the Media Options menu and see video listed as an option.
