General Summit Questions for Attendees
If your question relates to registration, refunds, lodging and transportation logistics please reach out to Franciscan University directly.
How do I contact Franciscan University?
Email conferences@franciscan.edu for registration, lodging, transportation, or last-minute logistics questions.
Do you offer refunds if I can no longer attend?
You can cancel your registration using your confirmation number, and eligible refunds are processed automatically.
Cancellations made at least 2 weeks before the event are eligible for a refund of registration fees and any additional items purchased (like housing or meal plans), minus a $25 cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 2 weeks of the event, as well as no-shows, aren't eligible for a refund.
All cancellations must be completed by the stated deadline to qualify.
Cancellation fees may be waived in cases of extenuating circumstances.
We don't offer ticket transfers except in rare or unique situations — we prefer to refund the original registrant and have the new registrant register separately.
If the Steubenville Conferences team needs to cancel the event due to low registration or other circumstances, all registrants will receive a full refund via their original payment method.
Is the Summit being livestreamed / available online?
Yes! Tickets to a virtual viewing via Zoom Events are available in two options:

What lodging options are available? Are there shuttles from the hotels to campus?
Because the Summit falls during the academic school year, Franciscan University isn't able to provide on-campus housing this year.

Will there be golf carts for those who are elderly or have mobility issues? How is ADA compliance handled?
No golf carts, but a dedicated transportation team runs 4–6 cars for most of the day to help attendees get around campus or to/from their hotels.
They're located outside the JC Williams Center at Rosary Circle, the center of campus, with additional pickup spots around campus including Finnegan Fieldhouse (the main conference space) and the cafeteria.
You can request ADA accommodations during registration. For concerns the week of the Summit, reach out to Franciscan University directly.
Are dietary restrictions and allergies accounted for? What are the meals like?
Registration lists the allergy accommodations we can offer, so you can select any that apply to you.
Meals are cafeteria-style in Christ the Teacher Hall.
If you didn't purchase the meal plan or you're staying off campus, meals can be purchased à la carte.
Meal tickets can be purchased for $88 through the registration form. Bring a refillable water bottle with you.
Will there be swag or merchandise available for purchase? Are attendees getting t-shirts?
There will be some merchandise available for purchase.
Registration for adult attendees comes with a t-shirt that you receive at check-in. Students are not receiving t-shirts.
Do you have any information about the date or location of the next Hallow Summit?
Not yet! There won't be a Summit in 2027, but we'll share the date and location for the next one once it's confirmed.
I have the app but don't recall seeing the Summit mentioned there — how can I stay up to date on announcements?
