Here's how you change the background music in the app:
Open the session you want to listen to.
Look for the musical note button and click on it.
Once you've clicked on the musical note button, you will have several options:
You can toggle the background music on or off.
You can switch the guide.
Adjust the length of the session
Adjust the speed of the guide
Add a Sleep Timer
Click Background Music and Choose
To adjust the sound level, locate the bar at the bottom of the screen.
Move the bar from left to right to increase the volume.
Move the bar from right to left to decrease the volume.
I don't like the background music in the app, can I turn it off?
Yes, you can choose "None" from the list to have no background sound while listening to the sessions in the app.
