Yes, the Hallow app is now available in English, Spanish/Español, Brazilian Portuguese/Português, Polish/Polski, German/Deutsch, Italiano/Italian and English + Filipino.

Note: We have support representatives who can assist you in the following languages so please don't hesitate to reach out to them for support.

Here's how you can switch the Language of the app:

  1. Make sure your app is up to date.

  2. Go to the “Me” tab found at the bottom right corner of your screen

  3. Go to “Settings” (gear icon top right)

  4. Go to “General”

  5. Select your language, and enjoy Hallow!

How can I update the app to the latest version?

Here's how you can switch the Language on the web:

  1. Visit this link: https://access.hallow.com/?loginRedirect=https%3A%2F%2Fhallow.com%2Fportal%2F%23%2Flaunch%3F

  2. Choose the sign-in option you initially used when you signed up for an account:

    1. Continue with Apple

    2. Continue with Google

    3. Continue with Email

  3. Click Language

  4. Update Language
