Where can I see my notifications?
Tap on the Home tab to see in-app notifications and your private message notifications at the top.
Tap the the 🔔 bell icon to see the in-app notifications.
Tap the 🗨️ chat icon to see your private messages.
Where can I manage my notifications in the app?
Go to the Me tab and then tap on the Settings icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Tap on General.
Tap on Notification Settings.
Toggle on/off the notifications for New Prayers, Daily Quote, Community and Campaigns as you prefer.
Move the bar from left to right to turn the notifications on.
Move the bar from right to left to turn the notifications off.
Where can I manage notifications on my device:
Go to your phone Settings.
Find Notifications.
Find the Hallow app and select it.
Toggle on or off to manage notifications.
Note:
It is not possible to set up sound for Hallow notifications on mobile devices.
Our web app does not offer the notifications feature at this time.
