What is Hallow’s Lent Pray40 challenge?
Hallow’s Pray40 Challenge for Lent invites us to meditate on the writings of St. Josemaría Escrivá in his spiritual classic, The Way. We’ll also journey through the inspiring story of Servant of God Takashi Nagai, a Japanese Catholic convert who survived the atomic bombing of Nagasaki and surrendered his life and city to God.

Who are the guides for the Lent Pray40 challenge?
The guides for this year’s Lent Pray40 Challenge are an incredible group of faith leaders and inspiring voices. Every Sunday, Fr. Mike Schmitz brings the Word of God to life with powerful homilies. Jonathan Roumie, who portrays Jesus in The Chosen. Sr. Miriam James, S.O.L.T., who guides us in imaginative prayer. Mark Wahlberg, who invites us into fasting, discipline, and surrender — and he’s joined by Chris Pratt. Finally, Cardinal Robert Sarah helps us enter into silence every Saturday.

Do you have something specific for Kids this Lent?
Yes! We have a special Lent prayer challenge for kids called The Little Way. This year, kids can follow along with Mia and Paul Buckley on a journey through France, learning about gratitude, saints, vocations, and more — all while praying together as a family. It’s a fun and faith-filled way for kids to encounter Jesus this Lent!
Do you have any feedback on the challenge?
