Frequently Asked Questions
Does this work on all Bible translations?
Yes! Highlights, bookmarks, and notes work across all Bible translations and languages available in the app.
Can I bookmark just one verse?
Not quite — bookmarks are applied to an entire book of the Bible, not individual verses. If you want to save a specific verse, we'd recommend highlighting it instead. You'll still be able to find it in My Saves.
Can I highlight multiple Bible verses without reopening the highlight menu?
Yes! Once you've highlighted your first verse, you can continue highlighting additional verses without reopening the menu.
Tip: After selecting your highlight color, leave the bottom menu open. As long as you don't drag the menu down to close it, it will stay in highlight mode. Simply tap any additional verses you'd like to highlight using the same color. When you're finished, drag the menu down to exit highlight mode.
We're always here to help when you need it. You can reach out through this purple chat window on the bottom-right corner or email us at support@hallow.app
