Becoming a Parish Dashboard Admin
The parish lead from Hallow will assign the first admin for your parish. After that, admin(s) will be able to designate additional parish members as admins if needed.
Dashboard Overview
The Parish Admin Dashboard provides a real-time snapshot of your parish’s engagement and activity. From here, you can view:
Members: Total number of people in your community.
Prayers Completed: Count of all completed prayers.
Total Minutes Prayed: Aggregate time prayed by your members.
Total Intentions: Total number of prayer intentions submitted.
You’ll also see a summary of your Most Popular Prayers, giving you insight into what your parish community prays most frequently.
Only designated individuals assigned by the parish have access to the Parish Admin Dashboard. If you have been assigned as an admin, you will have the ability to manage certain settings, add other admins, and oversee the operations of your parish's space within Hallow.
Activity
Use the Activity tab to monitor how members are engaging with their faith through prayer and reflection. This helps admins stay connected to the spiritual pulse of their parish and offer relevant encouragement or support.
You can:
View all Intentions submitted by members.
Read Reflections and Discussions shared after completed sessions.
Library
In the Library tab, you can manage your featured content just like you would in the app. You’ll also find complimentary content included with your Hallow Partnership that admins can add directly to their community page.
This premium content becomes unlocked for all members once added and includes resources such as Family Mass Prep.
Available Challenge Credits
Your Hallow Partnership also includes premium challenge credits, which unlock challenges for your entire community.
Advent and Lent challenges are always included
Remaining credits can be used to unlock additional premium challenges
Credits refresh annually as long as your partnership remains active
Note: Your current available credits are displayed at the top of the Library tab.
Giving
Rooted in the USCCB’s vision of integrated stewardship, Hallow Giving Campaigns bring prayer and generosity together in one shared act of faith. These optional campaigns invite parishioners to pray together for a specific intention while supporting a parish ministry, outreach effort, or initiative through financial giving. Throughout the campaign, the community grows more connected to the mission while being invited to participate through prayer and stewardship. Your parish will work with your Parish Lead to discern the right focus, plan the campaign details, and launch when the timing is right. You can view and manage your campaigns under the Giving tab.
Groups
The Groups tab in the Parish Admin Dashboard displays all Small Groups connected to your parish.
From here, you can:
View the complete list of small groups.
Remove or unlink a small group from your community if needed.
Removing a group only unlinks it from your parish. Members will still have access to the group in the app unless it’s deleted by the group admin. You need to remove all the members from the group before you can delete it.
Members
The Members tab in the Parish Admin Dashboard gives admins full visibility and control over community membership.
You can:
View a list of all members and admins in your parish.
Assign or remove Admin roles.
Track participation and community growth.
Broadcast
Admins can send broadcast messages to all groups or specific ones directly from the Parish Admin Dashboard. This feature makes it easy to rally, update, or inspire your parish community.
How to Send a Broadcast Message
Log in to your Admin Dashboard at hallow.com.
Click the Broadcast tab.
Click the icon in the upper right corner.
Compose your message.
Select the communities or groups to receive it.
Click Send.
Where it appears:
Broadcasts show up in the community chat with a purple background and an Admin tag.
Members receive push notifications for these messages if notifications are enabled.
You can also discard drafts, delete sent messages, and view which groups received your message.
Reported Content
In the Reported tab of the Parish Admin Dashboard parish admins can view and respond to any reported intentions or reflections. This ensures the community remains a safe, prayerful environment aligned with Hallow’s values.
Settings
The Settings tab allows you to customize your parish profile and manage administrative permissions.
Manage Group Info
Update your Bio, Name, or Address.
Upload or change your Profile Photo.
Manage Group Permissions
Allow or restrict members from adding content.
Manage access to Community Challenges and Hallow Global Challenges.
Access Reminder
The Parish Admin Dashboard is available exclusively to:
Parish Admins and Network Admins
On Starter, Growth, or Expansion plans
If you’re an admin managing a parish on mobile, you can still edit group info, manage members, and set welcome messages.
