I did not find my church / parish! How do I add my parish?
Be sure to select the correct parish based on its address. If you're having trouble finding your parish, try searching by zip code. If you still can't find it, send the parish name and full mailing address to our support team at support@hallow.app and we can look into it for you.
How do I launch my church / parish in the Church tab?
To ensure the best experience for our parish partners, we require pastoral approval for the parish group in the church tab, which can be obtained through a formal partnership with Hallow or by hosting a free launch event. These events help kick off prayer challenges like Lent Pray40, bring parishioners together in prayer, and introduce them to the community tab.

How do I report something inappropriate in the Church Tab?
Customers can report Prayer requests, Campaigns, User Profiles, and Church Profiles. To do so, just tap the three-button menu and click “Report.” You can read more about our Community Guidelines here.
How do I add a prayer request?
From the Home or Church tab: Scroll to the Prayer Request carousel to view or add requests. Tap Add Request
Before starting a prayer session: Select any prayer, then tap Pray for an Intention to create or choose a request.

How do I pray for someone’s prayer request?
From the Home or Church tab: Scroll to the Prayer Request carousel to view intentions shared by your friends, church, or groups. Tap a specific request to pray for it, or tap Pray for All to pray for every intention currently displayed.
Before starting a prayer session: When you tap Pray for an Intention, you can choose from others’ shared requests to include in your prayer.
