To join a group, an admin or member needs to share an invite link with you.
If you are experiencing any difficulties with joining, we suggest attempting to click on the link that was previously shared.
If you open the group invite link on your mobile device:
- If you don’t have the Hallow app installed, it will prompt you to download the app first.
- If you already have the app, the link will automatically open Hallow and give you the option to join the group directly.
If you open the group invite link on your computer:
The link will open in your web browser and allow you to join the group or church.
You’ll be prompted to log in if you aren’t already.
Please note that group and church functionality is not yet available on the web app, so you’ll need to download the Hallow mobile app to access full features like chat, prayer requests, and reflections.
How do I join a small group in the app?
Small Groups are often linked to a Church or Group and are available to all members within it.
To join, simply tap the Small Group you’d like to be part of.
If the group is private, your join request will be sent to the admin for approval.
