System Requirements For Individual Users
Hallow is available on:
Apple iOS devices (iPhone, iPad) — requires iOS 16.4 or later (Hallow cannot currently be installed as a native app on a Windows PC).
Mac — requires macOS 13.3 or later, on a Mac with Apple M1 chip or later
Chromebooks — require running Chrome 60-64
Android phones and tablets — requires Android 6.0 and up
Amazon Fire tablets
Web browser at hallow.com (we recommend Chrome or Safari for the best experience)
We recommend always running the latest version of the app for the best experience and access to new features. You can check your installed version and update through the App Store or Google Play Store.
System Requirements For Schools (Personal & School-Issued Devices)
The same device and OS requirements above apply whether a student is using a personal device or a school-issued one.
For school-issued Chromebooks or managed devices, IT staff should also confirm:
The school network has whitelisted:
hallow.com,hallow.app,app.hallow.com,mail.hallow.comStudents/faculty are correctly rostered in the Hallow Admin Dashboard before attempting login (login issues are most often a rostering gap, not a device issue)
Login method: Hallow app or hallow.com → "Log in with Google" or email/phone → school email → default password given by school
