How do I log my child into their school Hallow account at home?

How to log in
Download the Hallow app or go to hallow.com.
Select Continue with Student Login.
Select Continue with Email or Username.
Enter the student's school email address or school-issued username.
Enter the password provided by the school.
Once logged in, students can use their school Hallow account at home and access the content available through their school.
Troubleshooting for Parents
If your child is having trouble logging in, double-check that:
You selected Continue with Student Login rather than the standard Hallow login.
You selected Continue with Email or Username.
You entered the school email address or school-issued username provided for your child.
You entered the password provided by your child’s school.
University Students
Please note that the login method for college students may vary some depending on the partnership arrangement.
In most cases, the university uploads enrollment lists (students, staff and faculty) with a temporary password to create the student account. These college students are then welcomed to given instructions to sign in with their school email addresses and to either follow the magic link or enter the temporary password.
In some cases, college students are given a code and must redeem the code with an account under their student email.

Is this the same as linking my child’s school account to my Hallow account?
No. The steps above allow your child to log directly into their school Hallow account.
Linking your child’s school-created Kids Profile to your personal Hallow account is a separate, optional process. Once linked, you can switch into your child’s profile from your own Hallow app. For instructions, see How do I claim my child’s school account?
Do I need to link my child’s account before they can use Hallow at home?
No. Linking your Hallow account to your child’s school-created Kids Profile is optional. Your child can continue using their school profile whether or not you link it to your account by using the student login process above to log into their account.
Why would I link my account to my child's school-created Kids Profile?
This is an option for parents who want to help manage the student account, especially for students under 13 or without their own devices.
