Here are steps you can follow to access your premium account:
Please open the Hallow App and Log out of the app completely, you can follow the steps in the article below on how to Log out:
2. Log back in using the credentials you received in your welcome email.
Here's how you can log back in:
Open the Hallow App
Please click:
Continue with Email OR
Continue with Google (for those with Gmail accounts)
DO NOT USE THE SIGN-IN METHOD: Continue with Apple
3. Enter your school email address
4. Enter the temporary password: hallowed
You may also need to reset your password.

Enter the email associated with your account
Set a new password
Log back into the Hallow App
Click "Continue with Email" or “Continue with Google” (if you have a gmail address) and then input your updated credentials.
