I can't access my account even when my school has a partnership with Hallow.

Are you having trouble trying to access your premium account even when your school partnered with Hallow?

Here are steps you can follow to access your premium account:

  1. Please open the Hallow App and Log out of the app completely, you can follow the steps in the article below on how to Log out:

2. Log back in using the credentials you received in your welcome email.


Here's how you can log back in:

  1. Open the Hallow App

  2. Please click:

    1. Continue with Email OR

    2. Continue with Google (for those with Gmail accounts)

      1. DO NOT USE THE SIGN-IN METHOD: Continue with Apple

3. Enter your school email address

4. Enter the temporary password: hallowed


You may also need to reset your password.

  1. Enter the email associated with your account

  2. Set a new password

  3. Log back into the Hallow App

  4. Click "Continue with Email" or “Continue with Google” (if you have a gmail address) and then input your updated credentials.

DO NOT USE THE SIGN-IN METHOD: Continue with Apple
