The email to access your account should be your school-issued email. Your generic passcode has been emailed to you. If you are not sure what your generic passcode is, please reach out to your school's point of contact to request this information.
If you have forgotten your passcode, please follow the instructions below:
Open your internet browser and go to this link: https://access.hallow.com/auth?type=email
Enter your email address and click Continue
Below the login button, select the Forgot Password option
Check your inbox for the password reset email and set a new password
Log back into the Hallow app on your device
Click Continue with Email or Continue with Google (if you have a Gmail address) and then input your updated credentials
DO NOT USE THE SIGN-IN METHOD: "Continue with Apple"
