The email to access your account should be your school-issued email. Your generic passcode has been emailed to you. If you are not sure what your generic passcode is, please reach out to your school's point of contact to request this information. If you have forgotten your passcode, please follow the instructions below:

Enter the email associated with your account
Set a new password
Log back into the Hallow App
Click "Continue with Email" or “Continue with Google” (if you have a gmail address) and then input your updated credentials.
DO NOT USE THE SIGN-IN METHOD: Continue with Apple
