How do I access the How to Pray Challenge?
You can access it by tapping the purple button below while on your device (this will not work for users on a desktop or laptop). You are not able to manually search for the challenge in the app as the link is made available only to participants of our current pilot.
Do I have to pay, be a subscriber, or sign up for a free trial of Hallow to access this challenge?
No! The only requirement to participate is that you have a Hallow account (both free and paid work) and that you are part of a parish that has partnered with Hallow
Ok, how do I access the free version?
When you open the app you'll be prompted on a "subscription" screen to select a trial, you can simply tap on the "x" at the top right-hand corner of that screen to access the free version of Hallow
How do I know if I'm on the free or the paid?
When you open the app, you can tap on the "me" tab, you see a cog in the top right-hand corner-- tap that and select "subscription" and it will show you if you have a subscription plan or not:
What is the difference between the free and the paid version of Hallow?
The paid version of Hallow grants access to content like our Music section, our Sleep session, community challenges (Lent #Pray40, Advent #Pray25, Saints in Seven Days), etc. In essence, most of the content that we create. We have plenty of content that is on the free version to include the Daily Rosary, Bible & Catechism in a Year, and the Daily Gospel as well as access to our new Bible feature!
