If you are interested in a sponsorship opportunity with Hallow, please follow these steps:
Email Your Request: Send your request along with your contact information to support@hallow.app.
Subject Line: Ensuring the subject line reads "Sponsorship Request" followed by the name of your event or organization helps us quickly identify and categorize your request.
What to Include in Your Request
To help us better understand your proposal, please include the following information in your email:
Event/Organization Name: Clearly state the name of your event or organization.
Description: Provide a brief description of the event or organization, including its mission and audience.
Partnership Details: Outline the type of partnership or sponsorship you are seeking and how you envision Hallow's involvement.
Cost: If this is a conference or event with sponsorship packages, please include information about the cost associated with sponsorship.
Dates: When does your event take place?
Benefits: Describe the benefits for Hallow and how the partnership aligns with our values and mission.
Contact Information: Include your full contact details so we can reach out if we decide to pursue the opportunity.
Our Review Process
While we won't be able to reply to every email or accept every proposal, these inbound sponsorship requests are all conveyed to the appropriate team at Hallow for review. If your proposal aligns with our mission and we see a potential for collaboration, a member of the relevant team will reach out to you directly to discuss the opportunity further.
Let Hallow Be Your Prayer Sponsor!
While we may not always be able to provide financial support for events, we would be honored to support you through prayer. Hallow’s new Prayer Campaigns feature allows users to submit prayer requests and pray with others in the days leading up to an event. This special prayer opportunity is completely free—no payment or trial required.
If you're interested, we’ll create a prayer campaign for your event with a title, image, and a brief description. Simply send us these details at least four weeks in advance, and we’ll provide a shareable link for your participants to join in prayer. We would love to lift up your event in prayer—let us know how we can help!
