We’re so excited to hear that your church has partnered with Hallow! This article will guide you through the steps to redeem the subscription promoted by your church.
Step 1: Determine your current account or subscription status
If you are sure you have not created an account before, you can proceed to step 2.
If you do have the app installed already, or think you might already have an account with Hallow, then let's confirm your account details so your promo code gets applied to the right account!
Confirm your account details:
You can find your account login details by going to the Me Tab.
Tap on Settings ⚙️ in the upper right hand corner.
Take note of the email or phone number showing on your settings page. 👉🏽 This is the account you’ll want to log into when you redeem the promo code on the website!
Note: If you see an Apple Private Relay email address, this means your sign-in type is Apple!
Check your subscription status:
Please follow these steps to check if you have an active subscription or trial in the mobile app. You can find additional support in the article below as well.
Tap the Me tab in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen
Tap the Settings in the top right-hand corner
Tap Subscription to see what your current subscription status is
If you have an active trial or subscription you will need to cancel it in order to redeem the parish promotion and avoid creating any duplicate subscriptions.
This parish promotion does not include refunds for any unused portion of your previous subscription, but if you prefer to wait until that subscription ends before signing up again, you may do so. Whenever you cancel your trial or subscription, you retain access to the subscription through the end of the billing cycle.
Step 2: Redeem your parish promo code
Promo codes can only be redeemed via a web browser like Safari or Google Chrome.
Visit hallow.com/redeem and enter the promo code.
You will be prompted to login or sign-up for an account with Hallow.
Redeem the promo code.
Important Notes on Eligibility:
If you are a new user signing up for the first time, your parish promotion will include a 6-month trial of the Hallow subscription.
If you have had a trial in the past, you will be eligible for the discounted subscription for the duration of your parish's partnership, but please note that you will be charged right away and it will not include another trial.
