We’re so excited to hear that your church has partnered with Hallow! This article will guide you through the steps to redeem the subscription shared by your church.
Step 1: Do you have the Hallow app installed on your device?
If yes, please check what account you’re logged into.
Open the Hallow app
Go to the Me Tab
Tap on the Settings ( ⚙️ icon at the top right)
Take note of the email or phone number showing on your settings page.
If you see an Apple Private Relay email address, this means your sign-in type is Apple!
Now that you know what account you’re logged into, please follow these steps:
Go to https://hallow.com/parish/ and enter your Church
Click Join Community
Choose your Sign-in method
Use the account you’re logged into the app to avoid having multiple accounts.
If you forgot your password, click this link to reset your password.
Click Register
Click Redeem Offer
Enter your card details
Click Redeem
If no, proceed to: This is my first time signing up for a Hallow account.
You should sign up for the parish deal using our website.
Step 2: What is your current account or subscription status?
This is my first time signing up for a Hallow account.
Open your internet browser and go to hallow.com/parish
Search for your Church
You can search by name, city, or address, but I recommend starting with the ZIP code for the best results.
Select your church and click Continue
Click Join Community
Choose your sign-in method
Create a password
Click Register
Click Redeem Offer
Enter your card details
Click Redeem

I’m not sure if I have ever signed up for a Hallow account.
Go to https://hallow.com/parish/ and enter your Church
Click Join Community
Choose your Sign-in method
If you see the message "Hello again! Enter your password to log in," it means you already have an existing account.
If you forgot your password, click Forgot password? and check your email for the reset link. After setting a new password, return to the login screen and enter your updated credentials.
Click Register
Click Redeem Offer
Enter your card details
Click Redeem
I have an existing subscription to Hallow and I want to redeem the parish subscription.
