Who is eligible for the Hallow parish discount?
If you're wondering whether you qualify for your parish’s Hallow Subscription deal, here’s how it works.
Parish promotion eligibility
Applies to individual annual subscriptions only
The parish deal does not apply to monthly or family plans
New customers receive a 6-month trial
After the trial ends, your discounted annual Hallow Subscription begins
The discount varies depending on the partnership level your parish has with Hallow
Current or returning customers (who have already had a trial)
You’re still eligible for the discounted subscription
However, you’ll be charged immediately since a second free trial is not included
The parish discount lasts for the duration of the parish partnership
You can redeem the offer at any time while your parish remains a partner and the discount will renew automatically each year during that time
Important: If you currently have an active subscription, we recommend cancelling it and waiting until it expires before signing up again to redeem the parish promotion.
How do I redeem my parish Hallow Subscription promotion in the app?
The best way to redeem your parish promotion is through the mobile app. You will only be prompted to redeem your parish’s deal if you do not have a current subscription.
If you’re new to Hallow (no account yet)
If you don’t already have a Hallow account, follow these steps:
Download the Hallow app.
Create your account.
Go to the Church Tab at the bottom of your screen. Find your church.
Tap Join.
You’ll now be on your parish page! 🎉
The app includes free content gifted by your parish. If you’d like to redeem the full parish Hallow Subscription offer:
Tap the 🎁claim subscription button at the top of your parish’s page.
OR
Tap on any locked (paid) content and accept the parish deal when prompted.

If you already have an account, here’s how to redeem your parish promotion.
Step 1: Join your parish
Tap the Church tab.
Find and join your parish.
Step 2: Check your subscription status
If you do NOT have an active trial or subscription
Tap on paid content or look for the special offer banner to redeem the parish discount.
If you DO have an active trial or subscription
Important: You must cancel your current subscription first before redeeming the parish promotion to avoid starting any duplicate subscriptions. Once your subscription expires, you can redeem the parish offer.

You can also join your parish using a web browser such as Google Chrome or Safari.
Go to hallow.com/parish.
Find your parish.
Click Join.
Redeem your parish’s Hallow Subscription.

You’ll join your parish group, but you won’t be able to apply the parish discount until your current subscription ends

Yes, your subscription with the parish discount will renew automatically as long as your payment information is up to date. If your billing information is outdated and we are unable to charge your credit or debit card, your subscription will be canceled.
You do not need to re-subscribe to continue your subscription through your parish’s promotion.
