"No valid promo code matches the provided value" or the offer shows the wrong deal, with an incorrect number of trial days or an incorrect price.
Option 1: Re-enter the code
Refresh your browser or re-enter the link: hallow.com/redeem
Enter the promo code - make sure there are no spelling errors or extra spaces after the code.
Follow the steps in the article below. If needed, you can log into your account and apply the promo code there.
Option 2: Stop. Reach out to customer support. We can help make sure you have the right code that matches your eligibility for the parish partnership. You can email us at parishsupport@hallow.app. Please provide the name and location of your parish.
“An account with this email address already exists.”
This means you are trying to register an account that already exists in Hallow or the email you are providing for your receipt is linked to an existing Hallow account. We recommend you log into that account instead of making a new one.
I redeemed the parish promotion but when I go to the app the paid content is still locked!
If you have successfully redeemed the parish deal but are not seeing the paid content unlocked in the app or are being prompted to subscribe in the app, it is possible that you logged into the wrong account. Make sure to log out and log back into the account using the same details you just used to redeem your parish deal online.
