How do I cancel my subscription or free trial?

Want to cancel your subscription or free trial? Follow these steps to unsubscribe

If you are unsure whether you have an active subscription or have been charged but are having a hard time finding your subscription, please visit this article for help determining your current status.

Please note, depending on how you initially subscribed, there may be more than one place you need to check to locate your subscription. If you don't find it in the app store, try the subscriptions section of your app directly.

How to cancel for Apple Subscribers (iOS):

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions. Or you can also go here https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions

  2. Find the subscription you want to cancel and tap on it.

  3. Tap "Cancel Subscription" and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation.

How to cancel for Google Subscribers:

There are 2 places you may find your subscription. In Google Play or in the Hallow App itself.

If you subscribed through the Google Play store:

  1. On the Google Play Store app on your android device.

  2. Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner of the screen, then select "Subscriptions" from the menu.

  3. Find the subscription you want to cancel and tap on it.

  4. Tap the "Cancel Subscription" button.

  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation.

How to cancel for Amazon Subscribers:

To cancel a subscription:

  1. Go to Amazon.com and log in to your account.

  2. Click on "Your Account" in the top right corner of the page.

  3. Under "Digital content and devices," click on "Content and Devices."

  4. Click on the "Preferences" tab.

  5. Under "Digital Content," click on "Manage Your Subscriptions."

  6. Find the subscription you want to cancel and click on "Actions."

  7. Click on "Cancel Subscription" and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation.

How to cancel if you subscribed via our website (with a credit card or PayPal):

  1. Go to the Hallow website at https://access.hallow.com/

  2. Click on the "Login" button in the top right corner of the page

  3. Enter your email and password to log in to your account

  4. Click the "Subscription" section on the left

  5. Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button

  6. Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation of your subscription

How to cancel your trial or subscription from the Hallow website:

If you do not see any subscriptions in your Google Play or Apple App Store Subscriptions, or please log into your Hallow account online on the website to cancel there.

  1. Go to the Hallow website at https://access.hallow.com/

  2. Click on the "Login" button in the top right corner of the page

  3. Choose your sign-method

  4. Click the "Subscription" section on the left

  5. Click on the "Cancel Subscription" button

How to cancel your trial or subscription from within the Hallow App:

  1. Tap the "Me" tab in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen

  2. Tap the "cog" icon in the top right-hand corner to access the “Settings”

  3. Tap the "Subscription" to see what your current status is.

  4. Follow the prompts.

  5. You will be redirected to the website where you will then need to go to "Subscription" section on the lefthand side

  6. Click the "Cancel Subscription" button

Below is how it would look like on the website if you're logged in. If you're not logged in, please choose click on the "Login" button in the top right corner of the page. Enter your email and password to log in to your account.

Note: You must cancel your free trial at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date to avoid being charged.


If you choose to cancel you will still have access to all of the content for the duration of the free trial or subscription. Once it expires, your account will revert back to the free version and you will have access to our free content (e.g., intro, dailies).

Please note, Hallow never charges customers without consent. Our trials all require that you provide valid payment upon sign-up and we share with you, before you sign up, what the amount is that you will be charged at the end of the trial. In order for us to have any customer payment information at all, you consent to start a trial by entering your credit card information on our website or consenting through PayPal or Google/Apple App Store payment methods. All trials automatically change into a paid subscription unless you cancel it at least 24hrs beforehand.
