If you're unsure which Hallow account you're logged into, you can check your account details in the Hallow mobile app or on the website.
How to find your account details in the Hallow mobile app
To find the email address or phone number associated with your Hallow account in the mobile app, follow these steps:
Go to the Me tab.
Tap Settings (⚙️) at the top of the screen.
Look for your email address or phone number in one of these locations:
Under your name at the top of the screen
At the bottom of the screen, below Log Out
How to find your account details on the Hallow website
To find the email address or phone number associated with your Hallow account on the website, follow these steps:
Go to hallow.com in a web browser and log into your account.
Click the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner.
Select Settings from the menu.
Click Account in the left sidebar.
Select Email or Phone Number to view your account information.
The screenshot below shows the account settings page where you can select Email or Phone Number to view your details.
