To redeem a Hallow promo code, use a web browser on your computer or mobile device. You can redeem your code at hallow.com/redeem or through your Hallow account settings on the website.
Important: Hallow promo codes can only be redeemed through a web browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. Promo codes cannot be redeemed directly in the Hallow app.
Before redeeming a promo code:
Active trials or subscriptions: If you currently have an active trial or paid Hallow Subscription, you won't be able to redeem a promo code in most cases.
First-time subscribers: Most promotions are for first-time subscribers only.
Family and monthly plans: Promo codes cannot be applied to family plans or monthly subscriptions.
Redeem a promo code at hallow.com/redeem
To redeem a Hallow promo code directly from the redemption page, follow these steps:
Go to hallow.com/redeem.
Enter your promo code.
Important: Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the promo code. Extra spaces can cause an error.
Select Continue.
Follow the prompts to Log In or Create an Account. Use the same sign-in method that you will use when logging into the Hallow app.
Select a payment method and select Purchase.
Log into the Hallow app using the same sign-in method you used when redeeming the promo code.
Redeem a promo code from your Hallow website account settings
To redeem a promo code from your Hallow account settings on the website, follow these steps:
Go to the Hallow website login page.
Log into your Hallow account.
Important: Use the same sign-in method you use in the Hallow mobile app or originally used when creating your account.
Select the three-line menu icon in the upper-right corner, then select Settings.
Select Subscription, then select Have a gift card or promo code.
Enter the promo code and select Continue.
Select a payment method and select Purchase.
After redeeming a Hallow promo code
After redeeming your promo code, log into the Hallow app using the same sign-in method you used when redeeming the code.
Use Hallow on your computer
To use Hallow on your computer after redeeming your promo code, select the Home icon at the top of the Hallow web app.
Frequently asked questions about Hallow promo codes
I received a promo code, but I already have a subscription. Can I still use it?
If you already have a Hallow Subscription or have previously completed a Hallow free trial, you generally cannot use a promo code for another free trial. Free trial promo codes are intended for new Hallow subscribers.
If you have created a Hallow account and downloaded the app but have not started a free trial, you are still eligible to use a free trial promo code.
If you have already completed a free trial with Hallow, you won't be able to apply another trial promo code to the same account. You can share the promo code with a friend or family member instead.
Important: If you attempted to redeem a promo code for a Hallow trial and were charged immediately, it's likely because you have already redeemed a trial in the past.
If you believe you have not previously used a Hallow free trial, please contact us at support@hallow.app and provide the email address, phone number, or sign-in method associated with your Hallow account. We can check whether you have previously redeemed a trial.
Exception: Some promotions are not restricted to new subscribers. This can also apply when redeeming your parish's discounted subscription through a promo code.
For these eligible promotions, you may be able to apply the promo code after your current subscription ends. You will need to:
Cancel your current subscription.
Wait for the current subscription to expire.
Sign up again and apply the eligible promo code.
If you're unsure whether your specific promo code is eligible, you can ask to speak with a human agent so we can review the promotion and your account.
Are Hallow promo codes only for first-time subscribers?
Most Hallow free trial promotions are intended for first-time subscribers.
If you have created a Hallow account but have not previously started a free trial, you may still be eligible to redeem a free trial promo code.
Some promotions may have different eligibility requirements.
What happens if I redeem a Hallow trial promo code and get charged immediately?
