Where to find your Profile Visibility, Sharing & Activity settings
Go to the Me tab at the bottom-right corner of your screen.
Tap General.
Tap Privacy.
From here, you can manage both your Profile Visibility and Sharing & Activity settings.
Inside the Sharing & Activity menu, you’ll find options that let you choose what kind of prayer activity to share. You can toggle each one on or off anytime:
Prayer Completion Sharing – let others see when you finish a prayer.
Reflection Sharing – shares your responses to discussion/reflection questions.
Trivia Result Sharing – shares your results from Hallow trivia games.
Profile Visibility
Your Profile Visibility controls whether other members of your parish or community can find and view your profile.
If you turn off discoverability, your profile will not appear to others in your community, including in the Members list.
You can update this setting at any time.
Not showing up in Members
If you have joined your parish community but does not appear under Members, it is usually because your profile is not fully set up.
In order to be visible in the community, you must complete your profile with a name and username. If your profile setup is incomplete, you may still appear joined to the parish on your device, but you will not be discoverable to others or listed in the Members section.
If this happens, you need to finish setting up your profile in the app. Once completed, you should automatically appear as part of the community.
The app will remember your most recent selections, but you can update them at any time.
Some personal or sensitive collections (e.g., Addiction, Child Loss, Grief) are not shared by default. If you’d like to share those, you’ll need to manually enable sharing each time.
