How do I record my screen on iPhone?
Go to Settings → Control Center and add Screen Recording
Open Control Center (swipe down from top-right or up from bottom)
Tap the record button and wait 3 seconds
Navigate to Hallow and show us the issue
Stop recording by tapping the red bar at the top or the record button in Control Center
Find the video in your Photos app and attach it to your support message

How do I take a screenshot on iPhone?
iPhone with Face ID: Press Side button + Volume Up simultaneously
iPhone with Home button: Press Home button + Side/Top button simultaneously
The screenshot saves to Photos → Screenshots.
How do I record my screen on Android?
Swipe down from the top of your screen for Quick Settings
Tap the Screen Recording tile (if you don't see it, tap the edit icon ✏️ to add it)
Tap to start recording, then navigate to Hallow
Tap Stop when finished

How do I take a screenshot on Android?
Open the screen that you want to capture.
Depending on your phone:
Press the Power and Volume down buttons at the same time.
If that doesn’t work, press and hold the Power button for a few seconds. Then tap Screenshot.
If neither of these work, go to your phone manufacturer’s support site for help.
At the bottom left, you’ll find a preview of your screenshot. On some phones, at the top of the screen, you'll find Screenshot capture 🖼️
How do I send my recording to support?
The easiest and fastest way is to send it directly through the in-app chat with our team. You can also email it to us if you prefer.
Option 1: Send through the in-app chat (recommended)
Open the Hallow app and tap Me in the bottom right
Tap the gear icon ⚙️ in the top right to open Settings
Scroll down and tap Contact & Support
Tap Send us a message to start a chat with our team
In the chat, tap the paperclip icon 📎 next to the message field
Choose how you'd like to share your recording:
Camera — record a new video on the spot
Photo and Video Library — attach an existing screen recording or screenshot
Add file — attach a file from your device
Add a short note describing the issue and tap send
Tip: Sending through the in-app chat is the best way to reach us because it automatically includes details about your account and device, which helps our team troubleshoot faster.
Option 2: Send by email
If you'd prefer to email us, you can send your recording or screenshot to support@hallow.app with the subject line:
Screen Recording - [Brief description of issue]
For example: Screen Recording - Issue with music session not loading
Please include in the body of the email:
What you were trying to do
What happened instead
When it happens (every time, only on Wi-Fi, etc.)
The email address associated with your Hallow account
