How do I contact the Hallow Support team within the app?
Open the Hallow app
Tap the Me tab at the bottom right (the fifth tab)
Tap the hexagon icon at the top right
Select Contact and Support
Tap Send us a message
👉 When you start a conversation, you'll first connect with our Hallow AI agent.
This assistant is trained on all our help articles and can provide instant answers and step-by-step instructions for your questions.
If you need additional help or prefer to speak with a support team member, simply ask to talk to a person and one of us will be with you soon.
What can I do in Contact and Support?
In the Contact and Support section, you can:

Check Help Center articles - Find answers to common questions
How will I receive replies?
Our Hallow AI assistant will answer your questions immediately. If you ask to talk to a person, you'll be connected with one of our support team members.
If you need to step away or we're taking time to investigate your issue, you can return to the conversation anytime—just reopen the Contact and Support tab in your app.
If you receive a request to rate the conversation but your issue isn't fully resolved, simply reopen the conversation in the app to continue getting help from our team.
Check the Contact and Support tab for replies from our team. You'll also receive a copy of all messages in your email.
Can I email Hallow support instead?
