Overview
Your Parent PIN protects access to your parent account when switching from a Kids Profile. Here's how to change it if you know your current PIN, or reset it if you've forgotten it.
Note:
There is one Parent PIN per account — it applies to all Kids Profiles under your account
PINs can't be 4 consecutive numbers (e.g., 1234) or 4 of the same digit (e.g., 1111)
Update Your PIN (You Know Your Current PIN)
On Mobile
From the Me tab of your parent account, go to Settings.
Tap on your name/profile at the top.
Tap Change Parent PIN.
Enter your current Parent PIN.
Enter and confirm your new PIN.
You'll see a confirmation message when your PIN has been updated.
On Web
Open the hamburger menu in the top-right corner.
Tap Settings. A settings menu will open on the left side of your screen.
Tap Parent PIN under the Account section.
Enter your current Parent PIN.
Enter and confirm your new PIN.
You'll see a confirmation message when your PIN has been updated.
Reset Your PIN (You've Forgotten It)
If you've forgotten your PIN, you can request a reset link from the PIN entry screen.
On the Enter Parent PIN screen, tap Forgot PIN.
A reset link will be sent to your email address or phone number — whichever is on file for your account.
Follow the link to set a new PIN.
