Overview
If your account has Kids Profiles set up, you can switch between your parent profile and any Kids Profile at any time. No PIN is needed to switch into a Kids Profile — but you will need your Parent PIN to switch back to your parent account.
Switch from Your Parent Profile to a Kids Profile
On Mobile
Tap your name or profile image on the Me tab.
Tap Switch Profiles.
Tap the Kids Profile you want to switch to.
On Web
Tap the hamburger menu in the top-right corner.
Select Switch Profiles.
Tap the Kids Profile you want to switch to.
Switch from a Kids Profile Back to Your Parent Profile
On Mobile
Go to the Me tab
Tap the drop down next to the profile name in the top left corner.
Tap Switch Profiles from within the Kids Profile.
Tap your parent profile.
Enter your PIN to confirm.
On Web
Tap the hamburger menu in the top-right corner.
Select Switch Profiles.
Tap your parent profile.
Enter your PIN to confirm.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a PIN to switch into a Kids Profile?
Nope. You only need your Parent PIN when switching back to your parent account from a Kids Profile.
Can I switch profiles while offline?
No. Profile switching requires an internet connection.
Which profile will I land on when I reopen the app?
The app will always return to whichever profile was active when it was last closed.
I've forgotten my Parent PIN — what do I do?
You can reset it from the Enter Parent PIN screen by tapping Forgot PIN.
