You can check your status by following the instructions below:
To check your subscription in the app:
Tap the "Me" tab in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen
Tap the "cog" icon in the top right-hand corner to access the “Settings”
Tap the "Subscription" to see what your current status is (see screenshot below)
From here you can tap on "subscription" to see what your current status is:
If you're not subscribed to the app, it will show you a "Subscribe" button instead of "Subscription" which will prompt you to redeem the trial. Please refer to the screenshot below:
To check your subscription on the website:
Login to your account through a web browser (Ex. Safari or Google) here.
Click on "Subscriptions" on the left. If there is a purple outline around "Monthly" or "Yearly" then you are subscribed (See screenshot below)
To check your subscription - For Apple users (iOS):
Click on this link
If you are SUBSCRIBED, you will see a RENEWAL DATE and a CANCEL BUTTON.
This is what it looks like if you are subscribed (see screenshot below):
But if you are NOT SUBSCRIBED, there will be NO CANCEL BUTTON and you will see a RESUBSCRIBE or RENEW button.
This is what it looks like if you are NOT SUBSCRIBED and your subscription is already canceled (see screenshot below):
To check your subscription - For Android users:
Go to the Google Play Store app on your phone
Tap “Menu”
Tap “Subscriptions”
Find the Hallow app and you’ll see your subscription status or a cancel option.
For Amazon users:
