There are many benefits to signing up for a Hallow Subscription, and by doing so, you'll support the dedicated team behind the creation and development of the app, helping us continually improve and enhance your experience!
Below, you'll find detailed information on how to subscribe through our website or mobile app, along with important notes about payment methods and subscription management.
Subscription Methods Overview
You can subscribe to Hallow on the mobile app or on our website, but your payment options differ depending on where you choose to sign up.
On our website…
You can subscribe with a credit card. (Your receipt will come from our payment processor, Stripe).
You can subscribe with PayPal.
Benefit of subscribing via the website: When subscribing via our website, you pay only the full price of the subscription with no extra fees or taxes. This also allows you full management of your account directly through our platform, unlike third-party platforms.
In the mobile app...
You can subscribe through the Apple App Store associated with your preferred payment method on file.
You can subscribe through the Google Play Store with your preferred payment method on file.
Please Note: If you choose to subscribe via Apple App Store or Google Play Store, there may be extra taxes or fees associate with these platforms. Changes to your subscription, such as cancellations and refunds, will also be managed directly with Apple and Google instead of Hallow.
Your subscription type may differ from the sign-in method you used to create your account. Here are just a few examples to clarify:
If you used your Google account to sign-in, you can still subscribe through the Apple App Store on an iOS device.
If you signed up with your phone number, you can subscribe through the Google Play Store on an Android device.
If you signed up with your email, you can subscribe through PayPal on our website.
How to Subscribe
If you already have an account login and want to subscribe to Hallow:
If you have a login and are using the free version of Hallow but want to unlock all of our content, here is how you can subscribe!
Subscribe on the website:
Visit our website.
Click on the "Subscribe" button.
Choose your subscription plan.
Complete the payment process using your credit/debit card or PayPal.

Option 1:
Make sure you are logged in to the Hallow app on your mobile device.
Go to the "Me" tab and select "Subscribe."
Choose your subscription plan.
Complete the payment process through the Apple App Store (for iOS) or the Google Play Store (for Android).
Option 2:
Make sure you are logged in to the Hallow app on your mobile device.
Click on one of the locked sessions (e.g., the tiles that say "click for a free trial) - that have this icon next to them:
From there you can pick the subscription plan that works best for you.
Tap “Subscribe”
If you are signing up and subscribing to Hallow for the first time:
If you are new to Hallow, here is how you can sign up for a free trial to kick start your Hallow subscription!
Subscribe on the website:
Go to our website and select the button “sign up for free” or follow [this link](https://access.hallow.com/onboarding?).
Complete the onboarding prompts.
Choose your preferred subscription plan.
You will not be charged until your trial has ended and you will receive a reminder.
The amount you will be charged upon completion of your trial is displayed on both this page and the next. You will be charged automatically unless you cancel your trial at least 24hrs ahead of time.
If you have a promo or gift code, click “Have a promo or gift card?” and enter the code there. If you do not have a code, proceed to the next step.
Enter your preferred payment method. Your new account comes with a free trial, so go ahead and Redeem __ days for $0.00
Subscribe on your mobile device:
For Apple customers:
Download the app in the Apple App Store.
Create an account and follow the onboarding prompts.
Choose your preferred subscription plan. Click on "annual" if you want to change to "monthly".
Confirm your preferred payment method.
Subscribe.
For Android customers:
Download the app in the Google Play Store.
Create an account and follow the onboarding prompts.
Choose your preferred subscription plan.
Confirm your preferred payment method.
Subscribe.
Please note that if you have a promo code or gift card, these can only be redeemed on our website. If you have a code, please follow the instructions for signing up on our website.
Try Hallow for Free!
All Hallow customers are entitled to one free trial of the Hallow subscription.
Please be aware that you do have to provide a valid payment method, and the cost of the subscription is communicated to you when you start the trial. You may cancel anytime before the trial is over, otherwise the trial will automatically turn into a paid subscription unless you cancel it at least 24hrs beforehand.
