I have a trial or subscription but the prayers are locked and it’s asking me to subscribe.

Help for when you know you have a subscription or free trial, but the sessions remain locked or it is asking you to subscribe.

Step 1: Check which account you are currently logged into.

  • Step 1: Tap the "Me" tab in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

  • Step 2: Tap the settings "cog" icon ⚙️ in the top right-hand corner to access the “Settings.”

  • Step 3: Take note of the email or phone number listed at the top. This is the account you’re currently logged into.

  • Step 4: Tap the "Subscription" to see what your current subscription status is.

Step 2: Log out and log back in.

If you see an email, phone number, or subscription status other than what you were expecting, then that can be another indication that you accidentally created a new account.

Please follow the steps below to log out and log back in, using the same sign-in method that is associated with your subscription or trial. When you do, you should be able to access our paid content, like our latest community challenge (i.e. "Pray40," or "Saints in 7 Days," etc...).

If you are now unsure of which account your subscription is tied to, please reach out to customer support using the chat messenger or by sending an email to support@hallow.app and share with us any possible emails or phone numbers that you may have used with Hallow.

*For Apple Subscribers*

If your subscription was through the Apple App Store, and the steps above didn’t work, try to “Restore Purchase.”

  • Step 1: Go to the "Me" tab in the app.

  • Step 2: Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the top right, then scroll down.

  • Step 3: Click “Subscription.”

  • Step 4: If you see the option to "Restore Purchase," select that.
