Codes can be redeemed only through a web browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari)—either on your computer or mobile device. Codes cannot be redeemed directly in the Hallow app.
Most promotions are for first-time subscribers only.
Codes cannot be applied to family plans.
How you proceed to redeem your promo code depends on where you started your free trial.
If you started your trial through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:
Sign up again through our website, following the steps in this article on how to apply the promo code when you already have an account.
If you started your trial through the Hallow website or are unsure of your subscription method:
Please reach out to customer support either through our messenger or by sending an email to support@hallow.app. Let us know what happened, and we’ll help you based on your situation. Depending on your subscription method, we may be able to apply the promotion for you or walk you through the steps for signing up again with the correct code.
