This article can help you if you have a promo code but have clicked 'Start the Free Trial' without applying the promo code.
Step 1 : Cancel your free trial. You can do so by following these steps:
For Apple users (iOS): you can click on this link to go to the Apple subscriptions -> find the Hallow app where you can see your subscription or cancel it if needed at any time! If you are subscribed a check mark will show up next to one of the price options and there will be a cancel button below. If not there will not be a cancel button and no check mark.
For Android users: you can go to the Google Play Store app on your phone, tap Menu, and then Subscriptions. Next, find the Hallow app and you’ll see your subscription status or a cancel option to cancel.

Step 2: Upon canceling your free trial, please reach out to us either through our instant message system or by sending an email to support@hallow.app.
We'll go into our system and apply the promotional offer to your account if applicable.
However, if it's not possible to directly apply the offer, we will need to request the developers to reset your account so that you can successfully apply the promotional offer.
