A Hallow paid trial is an occasional offer that lets you pay a minimal fee for a longer trial period before committing to an annual subscription.
For example, Hallow may offer a paid trial such as $3.99 for 90 days.
A paid trial gives you more time to explore Hallow before committing to an annual subscription.
What should I do if I see a different Hallow trial offer than expected?
If you see a different Hallow trial offer than expected, you may be subscribing through the mobile app instead of the Hallow website, or the promotion you expected may have ended.

What should I do if I started the wrong Hallow trial?
If you started the wrong Hallow trial by mistake, email Hallow Customer Support at support@hallow.app.
Let us know whether you started the trial through the mobile app or the Hallow website. Depending on your situation, we might be able to help.
What should I do if I was charged immediately when starting a Hallow trial?
If you were charged immediately when trying to start a Hallow trial, you may have already redeemed a trial and may not have been eligible for another trial.
To request a refund, follow the steps in I was charged but want a refund.
Why did I get an email or text about a trial if I'm currently subscribed?
You may have received a trial offer while subscribed because you have another Hallow account with a different email address or phone number and no Hallow Subscription. Our system can flag that account as eligible if it doesn't know it also belongs to you.
Can I redeem another trial or extend my current subscription?
Trials can't be added to or used to extend an existing paid Hallow Subscription or Trial. Occasionally trials or promotions are available to people who have had one in the past, but even in this case you must not be currently on a trial or subscription in order to redeem.
