As is standard with most trial promotions, ours are for new subscribers only.
If you have already completed your free trial with Hallow, you won't be able to apply another trial promo code to your account. However, you can share it with your friends, family, or even the world through a Reddit post!
If you have created a Hallow account and downloaded the app but have NOT started a free trial already, then you are still eligible to use a promo code.
If you attempted to redeem a promo code for a Hallow trial and were charged immediately, it's likely because you have already redeemed a trial in the past.
If you believe this is not the case, please reach out to us at support@hallow.app and provide the email, phone number, or login method associated with your account. We can check whether you have previously redeemed a trial with us.
Key Exception:
If your promotion is NOT restricted to new subscribers or you are taking advantage of your parish's discounted subscription via promo code, you may be able to redeem the promo code. However, you will need to cancel your current subscription, wait for it to expire, and sign up again to apply the deal. Feel free to request that a human agent review your particular eligibility details at any point!
