I received a promo code, but I already have a subscription. Can I still use it?

Promo codes are intended for new Hallow subscribers

As is standard with most promo codes, ours are for new subscribers only.

Therefore, if you already have finished your free trial with Hallow you will not be able to apply a promo code to your account. You can, however, share it with your friends, family, or with the world in a Reddit post :)

If you have created a Hallow account and downloaded the app but have NOT started a free trial already, then you are still eligible to use a promo code.

If you attempted to redeem a promo code for a Hallow trial and were charged immediately, it's likely because you have already redeemed a trial in the past.

If you believe this is not the case, please reach out to us at support@hallow.app and provide the email, phone number, or login method associated with your account. We can check whether you have previously redeemed a trial with us.
