If you would like to permanently delete your account with Hallow, please follow the instructions below.
IMPORTANT:
Deleting the app from your phone does not delete, cancel, or otherwise change your account or subscription with Hallow.
To confirm if you still have an active subscription or not, you can follow the steps in this article.
To cancel an existing trial or subscription, you can follow the steps in this article.
Once confirmed that you don’t have a subscription, you can delete your account.
Your account will be fully deleted from our platform in 48hrs. If you change your mind and would like to reverse the deletion, just log in to your account before the 48hrs is up.
How to delete an account on the app:
WARNING: THIS CANNOT BE REVERSED AT A LATER DATE.
Tap on the "Me" tab in the bottom right of the screen
Then hit the cog in the top right of the screen. It is the Settings symbol that you see circled in red in the image.
Tap on your Name and Email address
Hit "Delete My Account"
