How can I add members to my friends and family subscription?

You can easily add and remove members from your friends & family plan from your account portal online.

The option to add members to your Friends and Family Plan is only available on the website and only to the owners of the plan. See below for the steps on how to add members to your plan.

  1. Tap the three-line icon in the upper right corner to open your Settings.

  2. Select Subscriptions. You should see your plan listed as Annual Family Plan.

  3. Click Invite and enter the email address of the individual you wish to invite. You can repeat this step for up to five email addresses (beyond your own) to add all of the members!

    • If your friends and family already use Hallow, ask them which email their account is currently under and send the email to this address.

    • The screen will show a pop message saying the invite was successfully sent.

  4. The recipient will receive an email invitation and needs to accept the invitation to officially join your friends and family plan.

    • They have 24 hours to accept the invitation.

    • Once the recipient accepts the invitation, it will prompt them to either create an account (if they don't already have an existing Hallow account) OR login to their existing Hallow account by clicking the option Already have an account?

If the recipient hasn't accepted the invite and is getting an error, please check:

  • Has it been more than 24 hours? Resend the invite.

  • Do they have a current Hallow subscription already? They need to cancel their existing subscription before joining your family plan.
