To merge accounts, consider the following; If you have multiple user accounts in Hallow, you may want to merge them to consolidate your prayer progress, reflection notes, favorites, and routines.
Merging Accounts via the App: (applies to both IOS and Android devices)
Open this link: hallow://account-merge
Choose Phone Number or Email depending on which account you want to merge with
Input the details for the account you want to merge.
Tap Send Verification
If you chose to merge your phone number, you will receive an SMS with the 6-digit code to confirm the process.
If you chose to merge it with another email address, the 6-digit code will be sent to your duplicate account email address to confirm the process.
Insert the code you got and tap “Merge Accounts”
Merging Accounts via the Website:
Log in to your Hallow account (one you want to keep) by clicking this link: https://hallow.com/account-merge
Input the account you want to merge.
Tap Send Verification
If you chose to merge your phone number, you will receive an SMS with the 6-digit code to confirm the process.
If you chose to merge it with another email address, the 6-digit code will be sent to your duplicate account email address to confirm the process.
Insert the code you got and tap “Merge Accounts”
Now that the merging is complete, you should see all of the data and activity from both accounts consolidated into a single user profile.
