Requesting cancellation or data deletion on behalf of someone else

What to do if you are requesting to cancel a subscription or delete data on behalf of another customer.

We cannot honor third-party cancellation and data deletion requests made on behalf of other customers. This protects our customers from:

  1. Unauthorized access to their Hallow account

  2. Fraudulent claims, scams, or cancellations not intended by the customer.

  3. Incomplete requests.

Customers can often create duplicate subscriptions or accounts if they use different sign-in methods. In those cases, we need the customer's cooperation to provide additional emails and phone numbers to locate all accounts. We recommend they check all 3 of the following places to be extra sure that any trials and subscriptions are cancelled:

  • Their app store (Apple or Google)

  • Their mobile app settings.

  • Their account on our website.
