Here are some steps you'll be able to take to address this situation. In this article, we'll be able to provide you with troubleshooting tips to fix the problem and restore your previous activity.
Check what account you're signed into:
Open the Hallow app on your device.
Locate and tap on the "Me" button located on the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
Next, tap on the "Cog" or gear icon on the screen's top right-hand side.
Scroll down the settings page and find the section where an email is listed.
Take note of the email listed at the bottom of that section.
If you think your account is wiped, please try to log out and log back in following your usual log-in method. (If you typically sign in using your e-mail, please do that and not use Google or Apple or vice versa, if you typically sign in through Apple or Google please do that–this will lead you to a different account which does not have your current records.)
I used the sign-in option "Continue with Apple", what is this email ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com?
If you decided to hide your email address, it means you made a new account that is different from your current Hallow account. If you didn't hide your email address, it's possible that you accidentally logged into another account or created a completely new account.
If you believe you used your email address instead of Apple, just log out and log back in by following the articles below:
How do I find the private relay email address registered to my Hallow account if I chose to hide my email address?
To locate your private relay address, follow these steps:
Open your Apple Settings, not the App
Click on your Name - Apple ID, iCloud, Media, and Purchases
Tap on Password and Security
Sign in with Apple
Click Hallow in the app list.
View the email address in the "Hide My Email" section. It ends with @privaterelay.appleid.com.
