My account is wiped!

The app is asking me to pay again and it wiped out all of my previous activity!

If you are not seeing your favorites, downloads, or prayer activity or appear to be locked out of content, there are a few steps you can take to confirm it isn’t a bug and restore your previous activity.

If you think your account is wiped, the most common scenario is that you accidentally signed into a different account. Please try to log out and log back in following your usual log-in method. (For example: If you typically sign in to the app using your e-mail, please do that and not use Google or Apple or vice versa.)


How to check which account you're signed into:

  • Step 1: Open the Hallow app on your device.

  • Step 2: Locate and tap on the "Me" button located on the bottom right-hand side of the screen.

  • Step 3: Next, tap on the "Cog" or gear icon ⚙️ on the screen's top right-hand side.

  • Step 4: Take note of the email or phone number that is listed at the top.

If you need to log out and log back in, here are additional articles which will guide you through the process. Logging out and logging back in can help reset your account even if you determine you are logged into the correct account from the start!
