After a payment is successful, you will receive a receipt via email. Please check your spam and junk folders, or alternative email addresses, as sometimes these emails can be filtered there. Below are examples of Hallow Receipts.
Please do not send us screenshots of your bank statement as those are not receipts and usually do not indicate subscription type nor the identifying information that we need.
Credit Card (Stripe) or PayPal Receipts
If you entered your credit card or used PayPal when you subscribed through the Hallow website, your receipt will mention Stripe (our payment processor) or PayPal.
You can easily search your inbox with the subject: Hallow Receipt
Example Stripe receipt if you purchased through the Hallow Website:
(The charge will appear on your credit card statement as "HALLOW PLUS HTTPSHALLOW.")
Example PayPal receipt if you purchased through the Hallow Website using PayPal:
(The charge will appear on your credit card statement as "PAYPAL "HALLOW INC" and your receipt should display your PayPal account email.)
Apple, Google, or Amazon Receipts
If you subscribed from within the app, your receipt will come directly from either Apple (for iOS) or Google (for Android).
Example Apple Receipt:
(The charge will appear on your credit card statement as "APPLE BILL - HALLOW.")
Example Google Receipt:
(The charge will appear on your credit card statement as "GOOGLE** - HALLOW ANDRIOD" and your receipt should display your GPA / order number.)
If you subscribed from the Amazon App Store, your receipt will come directly from Amazon.

Here is how to find your Amazon App Store receipt
Step 1: Go to Your Amazon Account. Once logged in, hover over or click on "Account & Lists" near the top right corner of the Amazon homepage.
Step 2: Access Your Digital Orders. In the dropdown menu under "Your Account," look for "Your Orders", click on it and then click on “Digital Orders”.
Step 3: Locate the Subscription Order. Look through your orders or use the search or filter options to find your Hallow subscription.
Step 4: View or Print the Receipt. Once you've located the subscription order, you can click on it to view the details. Typically, there will be an option to view or print a receipt. Choose the appropriate option to obtain a receipt for your Hallow subscription.
Step 5: Check Your Email (Optional). Amazon usually sends an email confirmation for orders, including subscriptions. If you can't find the receipt through your account, check your email inbox for the receipt Amazon sent when you initially subscribed.
