My school purchased Hallow accounts for us but I already have a paid subscription through a different email!

If you have a paid subscription with a different email and your school purchased Hallow accounts, check this article for details!

There are a couple of options available to you:

  1. Check to see when your personal paid subscription expires. It may make sense to use it until it expires and then cancel your subscription.

    How to check when my personal paid subscription expires:

    1. Tap on the "Me" tab in the bottom right of the screen

    2. Then hit "Settings" or the cog icon found in the top right of the screen.

    3. Tap "Subscription". You should find your current plan there.

2. Some teachers would like to gift/give their paid subscription to a family member. You

can change the email address in settings/under your name. You can follow the steps in

this article:

3. A third option would be to contact our customer support team to help cancel you

paid subscription! You can reach them through this purple chat window on the

bottom-right corner or e-mail them at support@hallow.app
