If you entered your credit card or used Paypal when you purchased through the Hallow website:
You can request a refund by forwarding your receipt from Stripe (our website payments provider) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you purchased through the app (either Apple or Google) you will have to reach out to them directly to request a refund.
For Apple: you can reach their support at https://getsupport.apple.com/ and then go to "Billing & Subscriptions" and then "Subscriptions & Purchases." OR follow these steps:
Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit.
For Google: you can follow the steps here or find the receipt from the Google Play store with the GPA ID number that you would've been sent (you may need to check spam) and forward that to us at email@example.com.
How Do I Find My Google Play Transaction ID?
Go to pay.google.com.
Find and tap the Activity tab.
Select an order to see your receipt.
Locate the TRANSACTION ID row at the bottom of the Transaction details menu of your purchase.
