Our transactional subscription and billing emails include details about your subscription and Hallow’s contact details in case you need support managing your subscription. They’re sent to the email address associated with your account.
If you don’t see these emails in your inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folders, as sometimes they may be filtered there.
💡Note:
Transactional subscription and trial reminders are sent only through email, not within the app.
All trials automatically convert into a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Even if your account is created with a phone number / SMS login, you will get email reminders to the email provided upon check-out or on file with the App Store through which you purchase your trial or subscription.
Will I get confirmation that my trial or subscription was successfully started or cancelled?
Yes, you will get a confirmation email when you start or end a subscription.

Subscription Confirmation Emails
You will receive an email from Hallow confirming that you have either:
Started a subscription. (Expect a receipt from the subscription platform.)
Cancelled a subscription
Will you remind me when my subscription or trial is ending?
Yes! We make sure to remind our users before their trial ends or subscription renews.
Renewal Reminder Emails
You will receive an email from Hallow 2 days before your trial ends regardless of how you sign up for your trial.
If you subscribe with one of the following methods, you will also get a reminder for trial and subscription renewals directly from the subscription platform.
