We’re sorry to see you go! If you choose to cancel you will still have access to all of the content for the duration of the free trial or subscription. Once it expires, your account will revert back to the free version of Hallow and you will have access to our free content.
You must cancel your free trial at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date to avoid being charged. If you have already been charged and are seeking a refund, please cancel your subscription and visit our refund article for instructions on how to request a refund.
Please note, deleting the app off your phone does not cancel the subscription, it only removes the content from your phone. You still need to cancel your subscription.
How to cancel your Amazon subscription to Hallow:
To cancel a subscription:
Go to Amazon.com and log in to your account.
Click on Your Account in the top right corner of the page.
Under Digital Content and Devices, click on Content and Devices.
Click on the Preferences tab.
Under Digital Content, click on Manage Your Subscriptions.
Find the subscription you want to cancel and click on Actions.
Click on Cancel Subscription and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation.
