Here’s how you can update your payment information.
If you subscribed directly from your phone...
You likely used the Google Android Playstore or the Apple Appstore. In those cases, your payment method is processed through your Google Android Playstore or Apple Appstore accounts and not directly via Hallow. Keep reading for how you can still update your payment method with them!
For Android Subscribers:
On your Android phone, go to your payment methods in Google Play.
Tap Add a payment method.
Choose the payment method you want to add.
Follow the on-screen instructions.

Kindly log in here to manage your account and update your payment method by clicking "Subscription" and then choosing the option "Payment."
