If you've signed up for an account using your email address, you should be able to reset your password using either option below.
Option 1: Reset your password using the Hallow App
Option 2: Reset your password using the website.
Reset your password using the Hallow App:
Choose the sign-in option Continue with Phone or Email
Enter your Email address and tap Continue
Tap Help found in the upper-right corner of the screen
Choose the option Forgot Password
An email will be sent to reset the password if a corresponding account was detected.
If you did not receive an email, your email address might not be linked to any account or could be incorrect.
Reset your Password using the Hallow Website:
Log in to your Hallow account by clicking this link
Click on Continue with Phone or Email
Enter your email address
Click Forgot Password
If an account matches the email address you shared, a reset password link will be sent to that email. If you do not receive an email, it may be incorrect or not associated with a Hallow account.
