What to do if you need to reset or change your password

If you've signed up for an account using your email address, you should be able to reset your password using either option below.


Reset your password using the Hallow App:

Step 1: Choose the sign-in option "Continue with Phone or Email"

Step 2: Enter your Email address and tap "Continue"

Step 3: Tap "Help" found in the upper-right corner of the screen.

Step 4: Choose the option "Forgot Password"

An email will be sent to reset the password if a corresponding account was detected.

If you did not receive an email, your email address might not be linked to any account or could be incorrect.


Reset your Password using the Hallow Website:

Step 1: Log in to your Hallow account by clicking this link.

Step 2: Click the option "Use Email Instead"

Step 3: Enter your Email Address

Step 4: Click "Forgot Password"

If an account matches the email address you shared, a reset password link will be sent to that email. If you do not receive an email, it may be incorrect or not associated with a Hallow account.
