To log into an existing Hallow account, you can follow the steps below.
When logging into the Hallow app, use the same sign-in method you initially chose when you created your account, regardless of whether you are logging in on the website or the mobile app.
If you signed up using your email address:
Choose the option "Continue with Email or Phone"
Tap "Use Email Instead"
Enter the email address on your account
Input your password.

If you signed up using your phone number:
Insert your phone number
Tap the option "Verify via Text Message"
You will then receive a 6-digit verification code via SMS to log in.
If you signed up using an Apple login:
When you see a Sign in with Apple/Continue with Apple button on a participating app or website, it means you can set up an account using your Apple ID. No need to use a social media account, fill out forms, or choose another new password.
You can use Hide My Email — Apple's private email relay service — to create and share a unique, random email address that forwards to your personal email. This lets you receive useful messages from the app without sharing your personal email address. Learn more about how Hide My Email works.
Please note that if you choose to sign in with Apple and select to "Hide My Email," we may ask you to provide the private relay email address in order to help locate your account in our database.

If you signed up using a Google login:
You can use your Google Account to sign in to third-party apps and services. You won't have to remember individual usernames and passwords for each account.
