Thank you for thinking of us. If you’ve been enjoying your Hallow experience and want to help others grow in their spiritual journey, you can gift a Hallow subscription to a friend or family member. You also have the option to sponsor a school or parish, helping communities access Hallow.
You can purchase a Hallow gift card either through the mobile app or on our website — just note that the payment options and gift durations vary slightly depending on where you choose to buy.
Purchase options on our website:
Pay with a credit or debit card (your receipt will be sent via our payment processor, Stripe).
Choose between a 3-month or 1-year all-access gift subscription.
Purchase options in the mobile app:
You'll have the additional option to sponsor a school or parish.
Purchase a 1-year gift subscription (please note: the 3-month option is not available in the app).
Note:
Gift cards do not expire until they have been redeemed by the recipient.
The gift code and instructions to redeem it will be sent to the email address provided in the payment information at checkout.
The recipient of the gift card does not need to provide any billing information or make a purchase to redeem the gift.
How to buy a gift card on our website:
Just click on this link to give the gift of Hallow!
You will have the option to choose between a 3-month all-access or a 1-year all-access subscription. (the recipient doesn't need billing information to redeem your gift).
Select the desired subscription length and click on Buy Gift.
Proceed with the purchase by providing the payment information.
After completing the purchase, you will receive an email containing redemption instructions and a unique gift code.
Forward the email to the recipient or provide them with the unique code.
The recipient can then use the instructions and code to redeem the gift subscription.
How to buy a gift card in the mobile app:
In order to buy a gift card in the mobile app, scroll to the bottom of the Home tab and tap Gift Hallow or go to the Me tab and select Gift Hallow.
Note: If your Hallow account used to purchase a gift card is tied only to a phone number, you will be prompted to add an email address during checkout. The email address you enter will receive the instructions on how to redeem the gift card.
To gift Hallow to a parish or school:
Individuals in the U.S. or Canada have the option to sponsor Hallow subscriptions for a school or parish.
Choose: Contact Hallow.
Fill out the form provided.
A member of our schools or parishes team will reach out to you to schedule time to discuss the details.
To gift Hallow to an individual:
Choose how many 1-year gift subscriptions you'd like to give.
Use the plus (+) and minus (–) buttons to adjust the number of gift cards.
Review the total price displayed beside your selection.
When you're ready, tap Checkout.
You can pay using Apple Pay or Google Pay.
To change your payment method or update the card linked to your in-app purchases, follow these steps.
Once you complete the purchase, you will receive an email containing instructions with a unique gift code and QR code.
Send your unique gift card code to the recipient! Forward the email to your recipient, or simply give them the unique code.
The recipient can then follow the instructions to redeem their Hallow subscription and start their journey in prayer.
How to locate the purchased gift card code
Find the gift card code in your email:
The gift card code is emailed to the email account provided at checkout. This should be your email, so make sure to check your inbox and spam folders for the email from Hallow.
Find the gift card code in your Hallow account:
If you have a Hallow account, you can view your gift card purchase history and locate the gift code in your account settings. The code is visible in the Purchased Gifts section under the purchase date. You can share this code with the recipient in the event that the wrong email address was entered or the email with the gift code was not received.
Note: You’ll only be able to locate the gift card code in the mobile or web app if you purchased the gift card while logged into Hallow or by using the same email associated with your account.
How to locate a purchased gift card code in the mobile app:
Tap the Me tab
Tap the Settings in the top right-hand corner of the screen
Tap Gift Hallow
See the code under the date of purchase
