Which subscription plans are available through Hallow?
Hallow offers 3 subscription plans. Each plan includes the same access and benefits. The only difference between plans is the frequency of your billing cycle and how many members are covered.

If you are a new subscriber and don't see the subscription plan you want
If you’re new to Hallow and don’t see the subscription plan you’re looking for, we recommend the following:
Option 1: Use the website
If you’re new to Hallow and don’t see the subscription plan you’re looking for, we recommend using our website, where all available plans are usually listed.
Go to hallow.com/subscribe and log in or create an account.
Option 2: In the mobile app
If you're in the app, you can try the following steps:
Tap the “X” in the top-right corner of the screen to exit the subscription prompt.
2. Go to the Me tab (bottom right).
Tap the gear icon (⚙️) in the upper-right corner.
Select Subscribe to view available options.
💡 Tip: Before making any changes, check your current subscription type by visiting the Subscription section in your settings.
If you already have a subscription and want to switch
If you subscribed through Hallow.com:
To switch to the Monthly plan:
Go to hallow.com/settings/subscription and log in.
Cancel your current subscription.
Wait for your current plan to expire.
After expiration, go to hallow.com/subscribe.
Log in and select the Monthly plan to subscribe.
✅ You can change to a monthly subscription, but you will need to wait for your current plan to expire.
If you subscribed via Apple App Store or Google Play:
In this case, you can choose to wait until your billing cycle ends, or subscribe immediately to the new plan on our website. However, please note that the remainder of your annual subscription will not be refunded if you change from an annual to a monthly subscription before your billing cycle ends.
Cancel your current subscription directly in the app store to prevent renewals.
Visit hallow.com/subscribe to subscribe again on our website.,
Log in, using the same account credentials you use to log into the mobile app, and select the Monthly plan.
If you want to switch to the Friends & Family plan
You can only subscribe to the friends and family plan through our website. Visit the following article for more details!
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer lifetime or multi-year subscriptions so that I don't have to keep renewing each year?
No. While Hallow offered a lifetime subscription for a limited time when we first launched for our early adopters, it is no longer a subscription plan that we offer. We also do not offer the opportunity to subscribe for more than one year upfront. We love that you see yourself using Hallow for many years though!
Do you offer payment plans?
No. We do not offer any payment plans.
