Below are the steps on how to upgrade or downgrade your subscription:
For Apple users (iOS):

Look for the Hallow app and open it.
To change your subscription, simply select another subscription
For Android users:
Open the Hallow app on your Android device.
Tap on the "Me" tab located within the app.
Look for a "cog" or settings icon in the top-right corner.
Tap on the "cog" icon to access the subscription settings.
Inside the subscription settings, you can switch your subscription to a different option.
For users who signed up via our website:
Visit this link and sign into your account.
Once signed in, look for the left-hand side of the page.
Locate the button "Subscription" and click on it.
By clicking on the "Subscription" button, you will be taken to the subscription settings.
Click the option "Plan"
You will have the option to switch to another subscription plan.
Select the desired subscription plan that you would like to switch to.
